You don't need to be extraordinary. You need to choose a higher standard — and be held to it.
A small, private accountability partnership for business owners who’ve built everything — except the standard they hold themselves to.
Apply for a place
You don't get to be disciplined in your business and falling apart everywhere else. It's one standard — the same one, everywhere it counts.
If you're short on sleep, not moving, and running on empty, it shows up in your business whether anyone names it or not — the follow-up that doesn't happen, the call you avoid, the decision you keep putting off. So we start with you. Every week, you're held to what you said you'd do for yourself — how you move, what you eat, your sleep, your headspace. In my experience, when you get that right, the way you run your business follows. You already know what the right choice is — most people do. What you don't have is someone checking whether you actually made it. That's the gap. Not more advice. One standard. One person holding you to it. You do the work, I make sure it happens, and the results take care of themselves.
Podcasts, books, apps, courses — you're drowning in information about how to grow your business and how to look after yourself. Most business owners already know what they should be doing in both. The gap was never knowledge.
How you treat yourself and how you run your business come from the same place. Skip the training, and the follow-up gets skipped too. Let the sleep slide, and the hard decision waits another week. That's why we start with you — not as a fitness program, not as a business course, but as one standard you're held to every week. I believe that when you fix how you treat yourself, everything else gets easier. You already know what to do. The question is who's checking.
You already know what to do. Willpower runs out on a hard week. A system doesn't.
So we don't start by asking you to try harder. Your Deep Dive Week shows the patterns actually running your day: the 10pm couch, the client dinners, the phone in bed. Then we change them one at a time, with small, specific changes that hold up on your worst day, and I hold you to them until they're yours.
This isn't a course, a community, or a place to vent. It's one person, holding you to your word.
You already know what you should be doing for your health and your headspace — you just haven't been doing it consistently.
Your business is growing, but you're running yourself into the ground to keep up with it.
You've started strong before — new plan, new routine, new goals — and watched it fade by week three.
You suspect how you're showing up physically is quietly affecting how you're showing up in the business.
You want to feel as good as your business looks from the outside.
You're somewhere between 35 and 55, and you know this is the decade that decides the next thirty years.
You don't need to be fit to start. You need to be done accepting average.
You want someone direct who's actually been there — not a cheerleader who tells you what you want to hear.
You want a business coach. I won't fix your sales funnel — I'll hold the person running it to a higher standard.
You want someone to hand you a plan or tell you what to do — you've already got the plan, you just need to actually run it.
You want a strict meal plan. Nutrition here is built on habits you'll keep for life — and if you need clinical advice, I'll point you to a dietitian.
You're looking for a quick fix or a 30-day transformation. This is about the standard you keep, week after week.
You're not ready to be told, kindly but plainly, when you haven't done what you said.
You're not wrong to be sceptical. Most of it deserves the reputation it's got.
A coach who asks what you're doing next month, then forgets by the time you speak again.
Group calls where you're one of twelve, and no one's watching your specific situation.
Vague check-ins with no real memory of what you said last time.
One-on-one, always — I remember exactly what you committed to.
Weekly, not monthly. Nothing gets a month to quietly slide.
1:1 only. No group calls, no hiding in a crowd.
We track on facts, not feelings. A private weekly report on your real numbers means there's nowhere to hide.
Once you're accepted, it starts with a deep dive and one longer conversation, then settles into a short, sharp shape every week — so there's nowhere to hide. Your own start date sets your two weekly days going forward.
For your first week, you change nothing. You just live your normal week and show me all of it — every meal and snack photographed, when you go to bed and when you wake up, your daily steps, your screen time (yes, the late-night scrolling too), how you move, and what's going on in the business. You'll also complete a deep-dive questionnaire and a simple fitness test, plus progress photos if you want them. From there, progress is measured in what you actually do — your Standard hit rate, sleep, energy, movement and the habits you build — not in how you feel.
I show you what your week actually looks like — not what you think it looks like. Then we set your goals, name what's really been holding you back, and decide exactly what you're being held to.
Your weekly rhythm starts straight after your Discovery Call — not the next Monday. Whatever day that is becomes your day, every week from here. You name two or three specific things you'll do — for your body, your health and your headspace. Vague doesn't fly.
A short update from you — on track, behind, or stuck. A direct reply from me the same day.
Same day, every week. Did you do what you actually said you'd do? No hiding behind the tracker. If yes, we raise the bar. If no, we talk honestly about why.
$2,000 a month sounds like a lot — until you count what neglecting yourself is already costing you.
Every week you skip the training, sleep five hours and scroll until midnight, it shows up somewhere — the decision you put off, the call you avoid, the patience you don't have left for the people at home. One week of that feels like nothing. A year of it is the most expensive habit in your business, and it's the one nobody puts on a spreadsheet. You'd never let a key person in your business run on empty. Don't let it be you.
Priced for people who are serious about this — not a discount to make it easy to say yes.
To what you're probably wondering.
Because the format doesn't let anything slide for a month. Two live calls a week plus a midweek check-in means there's never a long enough gap for things to quietly drift — and because it's 1:1, there's no group to hide inside of. Accountability is the work. The results are the by-product.
Then we talk about it honestly on your accountability call — no lecture, no letting it slide either. Most people's problem isn't knowing what to do, it's that no one's checking.
This is 1:1, weekly, with direct access to me between calls — not a pre-recorded course or a group program. I keep it small on purpose, so every client actually gets watched properly.
Yes — movement matters. Your Standard always includes at least one movement habit, matched to you and chosen together on your Discovery Call. For some people that's a daily walk or a step goal; for others it's sessions they choose. You tick it off on your scorecard every night, and I hold you to it every week alongside your habits around food and sleep. You won't get a training program or a meal plan from me. If you have a health condition or you're not sure a change is right for you, check with your GP first.
Neither. You don't get a meal plan from me, and this isn't a gym program or a six-pack challenge. Earned is about changing the daily patterns underneath your sleep, energy, food habits and movement, so the changes survive a bad week. If you need tailored nutrition advice, I'll point you to a dietitian.
Because anyone can be good for 30 days. Real change happens when life gets in the way: the birthday, the wedding, the sick kid, the week from hell. Over three months you'll hit all of them, and we'll work out how to hold your Standard through each one. That's what makes it last.
No. You need to be ready. For some people, week one is a 45-minute walk every day. The starting point is different for everyone. The standard isn't.
The first three months are the minimum. After that it's month to month, and you can stop any time with 30 days' notice. If you don't want to continue past the first three months, tell me by your Week 8 review. There are no refunds for a change of mind once your Deep Dive Week has started. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Twenty years in roles built entirely on relationship-building and holding people to a standard, and I run my own business day to day — so I'm not coaching from theory. I'm known for being direct, not soft, and for actually following up.
I've lived the version of me that quit. This is what I built after I stopped.

I'm an average person. I just train like an athlete — because that's the standard I chose for myself. I race HYROX, run with a club and train most days of the week around work, business and family. Not because I'm gifted. Because I decided.
Twenty years in corporate. I was always the one having the conversations everyone else avoided — calling people out, holding the line, not softening it just to keep the peace. But for years, my own business was a graveyard of half-started ideas. I'd get excited, doubt myself, quit, start something else. Same pattern, different name, over and over. I know that loop because I lived in it.
What broke it wasn't a new idea or more motivation. It was discipline. I run my own version of a daily non-negotiable standard — training, no shortcuts, no excuses, and if I slip on it, I start again, no exceptions. Most people don't stick with something like that for a week. I've held mine for years, not because I love the rules, but because it's the clearest proof there is that you either show up or you don't — there's no halfway, no “close enough.” That's what actually changed things for me. Not the discipline itself, but what daily proof of my own word did to how I ran everything else.
Five years ago I stopped jumping and started building. I still run that business today. I know the difference between wanting something and actually doing it, because I've been on both sides of that line. I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear. I'm here to make sure you actually do the thing.
You don't need to be extraordinary. You need to choose a higher standard — and be held to it.
Here's exactly what happens next.
